  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories that accompanied the product must be included.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components are not eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

3.2. Return Authorization

Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us. Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.

3.3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4.2. Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price of the returned item, excluding original shipping charges.
  • If a promotional discount was applied, the refund will reflect the discounted amount you actually paid.

5. Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or product, please request a return for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and personalized or custom‑made items.
  • Sale items marked as “final sale.”
